Fit before pitch

Is this operating system worth $4,000 per month for your clinic?

The answer depends on capacity, treatment economics, the actual handoff constraint, leadership access, and whether your team will run the process. Review the fit before booking.

Strong fit

You have a clinic worth scaling and the capacity to act.

Established treatment delivery and room for qualified consults

Access to lead, booking, show, consult, and revenue numbers

A front desk willing to respond, follow up, and improve

Leadership willing to approve quickly and measure consistently

A sustainable offer that does not depend on permanent discounts

Not yet

More marketing would add pressure before it adds value.

Pre-launch with no operating history

Ads-only request while booking or consult leaks stay untouched

No treatment capacity for additional qualified consults

No team ownership of follow-up or front-desk improvement

A requirement for guaranteed revenue or clinical outcomes

What the commercial model protects

No spend percentage. No hostage accounts. No mystery scope.

01

Management fee

A defined flat management fee, not a percentage that grows when ad spend grows.

02

Media spend

The clinic pays advertising platforms directly through clinic-owned accounts.

03

Ownership

The clinic controls the domain, content, analytics, ad accounts, data, and agreed assets.

04

Scope

The Growth Diagnostic identifies the first constraint before work is prescribed.

The written guarantee, in full

Ten booked appointments in sixty days. Miss the target and the management fee stops while we keep working until you hit it.

The promise is strong because the measurement rules are visible. Every condition below exists to protect the clinic from vague attribution.

The final agreement is the controlling document. Read it before signing; nothing on this page replaces it.

01

Media minimum

At least $100 per day in approved media budget, paid directly to the platforms through clinic-owned accounts, running for the full measurement window.

02

Approvals

Landing pages, offers, creative, and follow-up copy approved within the turnaround defined in the agreement so launch dates hold.

03

Follow-up

The confirmation, reminder, and speed-to-lead sequence we install stays active and is used by the clinic for the full window.

04

Tracking

Call, form, and booking tracking installed and left intact so every appointment can be attributed to its source.

05

Capacity

Enough open consult slots to seat the appointments the system books; a full calendar is not a missed target.

06

Participation

The weekly operating review happens, and the front desk follows the response and follow-up standards.

07

Qualifying appointment

A new-patient consultation booked through the tracked system with a name, contact details, and a scheduled time, as defined in the agreement.

08

Measurement window

Sixty days from the date demand goes live, not from the signature date, so the build period never counts against the target.

09

Exclusions

Appointments from existing patients, staff, referrals outside the tracked system, or channels the clinic runs separately are not counted toward the ten.

10

Remedy

If an eligible clinic ends the window under ten booked appointments, the management fee stops and we keep working at no fee until the target is reached. Media spend remains separate.
